       Ms. Yu graduated from the China Foreign Affairs University and have foreign IP practice experience in more

       Prior to joining Shengmei, Ms. Yu worked for top law firms in China and represented many domestically and

internationally famous companies for trademark authorization and infringement cases, domain name infringement and unfair competition.

       Ms. Yu has been providing legal service to overseas companies in China for a long time.  She has provided

trademark protection service to Google Inc for many years. In particular, she has taken a holistic defensive protection strategy on trademarks like ANDROID, applied for the recognition of well-known trademarks, handled a large number of trademark infringement cases and stopped several infringement cases related to domain name and Internet. She has represented recognition of Oracle's well-known case, and infringement case related to JAVA. She also has represented a famous Polish bicycle manufacturer Corus Ltd on brand protection, and other clients like BlackBerry, Sony, Sanyo, Kobe Bryant and Kobe Ltd., and Hong Kong University, etc. on trademark authorization, opposition, invalidation and others.

       In providing IP legal service to Chinese enterprises, Ms. Yu has served many well-known enterprises over years, including China Resources Group, Nei Lian Sheng, Yi Xin, Yonyou, Yintai Group, Hikvision, Mobvoi, Beihang University, Li Yuchun, Zhou Xun, Fan Bingbing and the artists in her company, Mengniu, and Belle Group, etc.
